You can choose to register as a lifetime member or as a yearly member. Each applicant for a Life membership should enclose, with the application, membership dues in the amount of $251. An additional Life Membership is automatically extended to the spouse of the applicant, if applicable. For Creative Media,
We welcome sevaks of all ages and will train them. Sevaks goal is to create memories which last for years to come in the history of JCGP.
1) create pictures/videos during the events
2) create short videos of performances.
For AV Seva, we welcome any and all assistance. We will provide training in areas of interest.
1) Audio: use of the audio mixer and setup. Optimizing sound for each event.
2) Video: Setup of video stream and presentations to TVs. Broadcasting to YouTube and other channels.
3) Data Management: managing and storage of audio files for various events. Playing audio and video files during major events.
For WiFi / Security Seva, we welcome any and all assistance. We will provide training in areas of interest.
1) WiFi: Manage the WiFi network. Assist with technical issues when they arise and communicating with the internet provider.
2) Security: Manage the video surveillance devices around and inside the facility.
For regular Sunday events logistics, we will need volunteer’s help around 10.30 – 11.30 AM
1) Setting up chairs (150 to 200)
2) Helping Food team to setup food station
3) Setting up Water station
4) Serving food
5) Trash Clean up after event around 1.30 PM
For food team, we will need help in:
1) Food prep/service/clean up on pathshala days.
2) Monthly kitchen organization.
3) Additional volunteering opportunities on event days.
4) Sfood logistics set up – water, trash, dining area
